Schools
of Studies;

The schools encourage flexible methodology having multidisciplinary
system with purposeful interdisciplinary perception aiming at the emancipation
of knowledge in core and applied facets of education.

 In the year
2018-2019, the University offers various branches of studies under the ambit of

As of now the University is proud of having 22
Departments functioning under 10 School of Studies. In addition to this  Ph.D. programmes are available in various department
at present.

 

Note: The availability of seats in Ph.D programme
depends  upon the availability of
Research  supervisors in the concerned
department. In case of shortage of Research Supervisors the seats may be
decreased or the admission may not be offered at all.

etc., with overseas exposures in research and teaching Working at the cutting
edge level, they motivate students realize their responsibilities and better

research innovators. In addition to the faculty members are  adept in continually refreshing their
knowledge in their area of studies which prompt them to publish research
articles in reputed academic journals with high impact factor and entitled
to  receive  coveted international awards.

 

Administrative Staff:

This University is proud of having an excellent
administrative team ably handled by Registrar, with the dedicated  support of Joint Registrar and. Assistant Registrar.
Staff are highly efficient with integrity achieve excellence in their
administrative performance.

 

General
Instruction

 

All students are advised to bring following documents
along with the prescribed fee at the time of counselling cum admission
session:-

 

     Students
desirous of seeking admission to Central University of Tamil nadu as per
CUCET-2018 merit list, should download the admission form, fill it up and bring
it to the CUTN on the day of counselling.

     Copy
of CUCET-2018 Score card.

     Four
Passport size Photographs.

     All
original documents (degree and mark sheets) of academic qualifications, i.e.
10th, 2th, UG, PG etc.

     One
set of photocopies of all original relevant documents.

     Certificate
of migration or transfer certificate

     Successful
completion of qualifying Degree is mandatory and final year students awaiting
results may also apply but will be considered only for provisional admission
which will be regularised after their successful completion of their degree
course.

     Copies
of original documents with self-attestation are accepted provisionally in case
original documents are not available for submission at the time of application.
However original documents must be submitted for verification not later than 15th
August 2018 to confirm their admission otherwise admission will be cancelled.

     Certificates
of category viz.SC/ST/OBC (non creamy layer for Central Govt.), Wards of
Defence and Ex-service personnel, migrants from Kashmir, PWD etc., as
applicable in prescribed format of GOI
